On-line class timetable

We hope you are all keeping safe and well.

Due to recent Government announcements we will continue to deliver our classes via Zoom for the time being, with some breaks in classes in April and early May. We hope to reopen the doors to our studio and welcome back students from 17th May and will publish more details in due course.

Our Tuesday evening intermediate Zoom class at 19.30 with Helen is for students with at least 6 months’ yoga experience and who are able to practise a headstand (Sirsasana) and shoulder stand (Sarvangasana).

You can book and make payment for on-line Zoom classes via our class booking page.

 This booking system is a relatively new venture for us so if you have any comments on the process or the email confirmations you will receive, please let us know.  Also if you are unable to book for classes in this way, if you send an email or give us a call we can book you in.

Iyengar Yoga UK have confirmed that we are able to teach students via on-line classes if they have not been regularly taught face to face by us previously.  However, if you are new to Ribble Valley Yoga and are interested in joining a virtual class, please give one of us a call for a telephone introductory discussion before booking a class.

Equipment for on-line classes

You will need a mat (you could also be on a wood floor if not) and ideally a blanket but you may not have other equipment such as pads, bricks, a yoga  chair and a bolster.  So a thick book or two, a stand chair, rolled up towels  and firm pillows will be just as good and perhaps a dressing gown belt or scarf to substitute for a yoga belt.
