Our six week Introduction to Iyengar Yoga Course is great value for money and a brilliant starting point if you are new to the Iyengar method.
Taught in small groups by our experienced yoga teachers, you will learn the basic postures and principles and build on what you learn each week.
Details of date/times of the next courses have yet to be confirmed due to capacity in the studio as a result of Covid restrictions. However please contact the studio if you are be interested in taking our Introductory course.

All yoga equipment is provided, though some students prefer to bring their own.
Wear clothes that allow you to move freely. Shorts or leggings and a T-shirt are ideal. Avoid anything baggy or too long. Yoga is always practised in bare feet.
Yoga should be practised on an empty stomach, so leave at least four hours after a main meal, or one hour after a light snack. It is not advised to drink during class so water bottles are not allowed in the yoga studio. Free drinking water is always available at the studio for those who need it.
